Participation is your opportunity to have a say on how our service runs. You can be a young person in our services, a parent/carer, or even a friend or family member.
There are lots of ways you can participate. They could be sitting on one of our interview panels or engaging and meeting with our directors and executives.
Why get involved?
We hope that however, your experience with our service goes is a positive experience. But we know that sometimes things go wrong or that there is room for improvement. What helps us make those needed improvements is your input.
There's more to participation than just helping us improve. By engaging with us, you'll have the chance to gain work experience, accreditations and payment for any time spent working!
Participation places you at the heart of our service. It is your platform and is a blank canvas for you to paint the future of our services.
How do I get involved?
To get involved, you should ask either your worker or one of our reception staff members. They will then give you a participation self-referral form which you can complete and hand in. Following this, we will contact you.
Alternatively, you can complete the form and bring it to your next appointment.
