Be Well Tameside transfer and pause in referrals

Be Well Tameside health improvement service is transferring from Pennine Care to the public health team in Tameside Council.

As staff and systems are moved across, the service will be closed for referrals from Wednesday 16 February until they fully reopen on Tuesday 19 April 2022.

They will continue to support existing clients until Friday 18 March. After this date those clients will receive limited support by telephone where necessary.

From 16 February, please send any queries to bewelltameside@tameside.gov.uk. They will still acknowledge queries sent to this address and can provide advice and signposting to services until fully open again.
