Our quality group is responsible for developing our overarching quality strategy and ensuring we achieve our strategic aims and quality priorities. The group also monitors compliance with the Care Quality Commission, ensuring services are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
Every year we are required to identify three top priorities for quality. These are decided through consultation with the Board, Council of Governors, staff at all levels, service users and carers.
You can find out more about our latest quality priorities in the quality account, within our annual report.
