Event for carers of patients in secure services

Are you a carer, friend or family member of someone in one of our secure services?

We'd love you to come to our event, to find out more about your rights as a carer, how to look after your wellbeing, and about the NHS England secure carers toolkit. 

There will be a variety of stalls to showcase our initiatives and you’ll get the chance to meet health professionals and other carers.

When: Sunday 1 December,11am – 2pm
Where: The Welcome Centre, Ashworth Hospital, Parkbourn, Maghull, Liverpool, L31 1HW.

It’s open to carers from across the North West, and is run alongside Mersey Care NHS, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS and Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS foundation trusts; plus Cygnet Healthcare and Elysium Healthcare.

Free lunch and refreshments will also be provided throughout the afternoon.
