Bury Older People’s Memory Assessment Service

We provide a memory assessment service for over 65’s in Bury.

We accept referrals from GPs, A&E, consultants, liaison mental health teams, nursing/residential homes and social care services.

The memory assessment service - supports you in relation to treatment, post diagnostic support and follow up care.

Crisis management – we will offer care and crisis management support to you within your own homes in order to speed up the recovery process.

Secondary care – we work alongside you if you've been placed in residential settings to offer expertise, teaching and support with treatment.
