It was made by the learning disability teams in Oldham, and Tameside and Glossop. We also had help from the team at Pathways Associates.

This course will help you learn some skills to cope with big feelings, like anxiety, sadness or anger.
We hope you will learn a lot and have some fun.
Doing this course means you will:

Doing the whole course should take 12 weeks
But you can go back and watch the videos, as many times as you like.
You should do the course with the help of someone. This could be:
It is a helpful to pick the same day and time each week to watch the videos with your helper.
For example: “We will watch the videos every Tuesday at 2pm”.
You could both put the day you choose on your calendar or in your diaries to remember.
Doing this will help you both get into a routine and learn the skills better.
When you learn a new skill from the video, you and your helper should try to practice that skill as much as you can through the week.
Every day if you can!
The more we practice things the better we get at them.
So practicing your skills will help you both remember them and learn them.
