Integrated Community Learning Disability Team

Our team is made up of learning disability nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, moving and handling occupational therapists, support workers, psychologist, speech and language therapist, consultant psychiatrist and transition workers.

We provide assessments and interventions for people who live in Stockport.

We also complete statutory work under the Care Act including social care assessments and health care assessments.  Also complete safeguarding investigations.
