Tameside and Glossop community learning disability service

We support people with mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities, who are registered with a Tameside or Glossop GP.

We provide health assessments, interventions and support based on your individual need.

Our team consists of learning disability nurses, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, an occupational therapist, psychologists, and other professionals.

We work with you and your family, carers and others to keep you healthy and independent.

We accept referrals from service users, carers, social workers, GP's and other health professionals. All referrals will be checked to see if you are eligible to access the service.

We can be flexible with appointment times and where you would like your appointment to be.
