We offer direct psychological therapy and interventions at our Haughton Mews base, and indirect psychological support to the community mental health teams through supervision, training and consultation, to help improve patient care.
If you're an inpatient on a psychiatric ward, you may be offered a psychological or a neuropsychological assessment, or a brief psychological intervention.
Our referrals come from care coordinators in Tameside and Glossop's community mental health teams, for those who meet eligibility criteria for secondary care mental health services.

You can be referred for a screening for a range of cognitive difficulties (excluding dementia), which may lead to us offering you a full neuropsychological assessment, or onward referral to specialist services.
